I am very grateful to some people in Zambia who helped a stranger - TopicsExpress

I am very grateful to some people in Zambia who helped a stranger in their hour of need: - Natala scraped me up from the road, took me to hospital, gave me a SIM with credit to use, stayed with me, has helped coordinate with the police, provided some bedding and keeps asking if there is anything else he can help with. - Emily, whos son was hospitalised in Mazabuka kept me company in the early stages, offering give the assistance relatives provide when you are in a hospital in Zambia: washing, bathroom assistance, food and comfort. - Karen from the British High Commission in Lusaka has been great at making sure all loose ends are tied up, coordinated with my insurance and the hospital to make sure i was getting the best care and put me in contact with David who is storing my bike till i come back to collect it - Jane brought me some clothes to wear in Lusaka, while all i had were the clothes i was wearing in the accident. Keeping me company, she has helped to keep the smile on my face during my stay in Lusaka and since. I feel privileged that i keep meeting wonderful people on my journey who go to great lengths to assist me. #TheGenerosityOfStrangers.
