I am wondering if we are an RV friendly council area why are council rangers moving people on from the triangle park area in Lawrence? I can understand the river side as its signed No Camping but these people have been spending money in our local businesses and are promoting our local area. Considering we have new estates here that are still empty I would have thought being a friendly town would be an advantage in attracting potential new residents! I have heard remarks such as the rubbish bins are always full! If a few local residents are complaining to council about this kind of thing and that is what has prompted this sudden Move on attitude from council rangers then I refute that as the bins at the park are always full regardless of whether there are people staying in the Park as there are some LOCAL residents who put their own personal garbage in these bins. There seems to be an undercurrent of jealousy from some people who feel that they own Lawrence and its Parks. Well I say wake up to those people and realise the benefit that comes from having happy campers amongst us!
