I apologize for not being involved in earlier conversations about reunion planning. Though I have read some of the prior posts, I did not believe that formal reunion planning would happen in this forum. So I apologize for not getting involved earlier. I have been on the LSMSA foundation board for the last 3 years. One of the functions of the board is to help alumni with reunions. The foundation is very involved with the Alumni Association. Regardless of when we have our reunion, the foundation can help us with planning. They can secure hotel reservations, venues for parties, catering, babysitting, registration and collection of money. The staff of the foundation are wonderful, hard working, and well intended. They are so excited to be a part of our reunion. I am sorry if my earlier post caused fear, frustration, and confusion. I was worried that our absence at Graduation would symbolize a lack of support. I realize now, that is not the case. The school will feel our support and gratitude weather we have our reunion May or June.
