I appreciate the plaque and the paying tribute to the Golden Bear. But my opinion... Its a sign on the wall. Why not allow us to have a Golden Bear style venue for future generations to enjoy todays acts just as the old HB got to enjoy The Ramones, Joplin, Steve Martin and so on? That would be the right way to honor a legend like the Golden Bear. Again my opinion. Residents cant even dance inside most venues in town. Complex yet ridiculous. :) Personally I really dont care about a plaque. I want to enjoy the experience of seeing great entertainment with my family and friends. But I like the plaque. :)
