I arrived home work to make three trays of Lasagna. I have a co-worker that has been asking me for months to make it for her. I will be taking two trays to work, and I already has some of the third. I also gave about half of the tray to my neighbor upstairs, and you should had seen his face; he was like thank....you!. I had it done in like 2 1/2 hours. Almost four pounds of ground meat, two pounds of mozzarella cheese, two pounds of Ricotta Cheese, two green peppers, two onions, two pounds of Pasta, two large cans of stewed whole tomatoes and two cans of tomato paste; put salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, and olive oil for the pasta and the pans, it came out delicious. I have not cooked in years. LOL. I really enjoyed doing it. I had to go and shop for all the ingredients, except for the spices. Anyway, I cleaned the kitchen and everything else like the floors too, so I am done for the night. My class start tomorrow; Cognitive Psychology, but I do not have to put in assignments until Wednesday.
