I attended the Democratic Party meeting in Stroudsburg this morning to ask some key questions and get a sense of where the candidates stand on issues that concern me. I guess I was the only registered Republican in the house! Im solid for two ballot choices now; so, Im looking at a split vote based on candidate honesty and integrity. Still need to make one more decision. Thus far, the only candidate there who gave me a sense of genuine energy and commitment to key environmental issues was LIZ FORREST. Shes the real deal! Im pleased to see LIZs new TV spot now airing that accurately points out how incumbent Rep. Browns sponsorship and vote for self-serving HB1565 threatens our headwater streams and drinking water! Having sponsored, supported, voted for and put HB 1565 into law...Rep. Brown and Gov. Corbett must GO! They DO NOT merit reelection!! Now, its time to prep dinner and get my notes ready for tomorrows Aquatic Invasive Species Workshop on the EEC at Jacobsburg Park.
