I believe Putin is the most powerful man in the world. He has stolen 40 billion dollars from the Russian people making him one of the richest men in the world. He has manipulated his time of office so he can remain in power till 2024. He is involved heavily in the criminal activity. Putin is ex KGB and the director of FSB when it was established. He is accused of having the FSB blow up an apartment in St. Petersburg killing thousands and blaming Chetnia so he could go to war against Chetnia ( sound familiar ? ) A Very Dangerous Man.
