This may be of interest to some of you guys contemplating doing your own carburetor cleaning and perhaps those of you who havent done many sets. If you dont know who was in the carbs last, verify that all the jetting and cutaways on the slides match. As you can see here I have two different carb bodies KA1 and KA6. The KA1 would have been for an H1 with CDI, the KA6 for H1D,E and F, each with slightly different jetting as you can see by the marked parts bags. What a nightmare this might have been to tune had they just been thrown back together! Now the three bodies can be used together since they are all the same, but they will all need to be jetted the same obviously. The toughest jet to find will be the needle jet. I probably should just try to find another KA6 body.
