I believe it to be accurate and have obtained from reliable sources, however, I cannot guarantee the accuracy. 1. According to the National Coordinator of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Interior, “all communication, phone, internet, cell, etc., is completely cancelled.” Until Monday there was limited phone service due to a fiber optic cable, but that is broken and there is no more service. No estimate as to when any service will be resumed. 2. Same source, there is an airlift underway from the San Jose airport, run by the military, to evacuate tourists. 3. the road from Los Barriles to the airport was not passable as the bridge at Caduano is down. A detour will be created once the water in the arroyo subsides. 4. the main highway south of Guerrero Negro was not passable in Viscaino. Again, detours once water goes down. 5. The Mexican Military has taken control of all the airports - Cabo, La Paz, Loreto. Those airports are closed to civilian traffic until the 22nd, may be extended. Only military aircraft will be allowed to take off or land 6. Bisbee’s Cabo Relief has been set up for donations. Check their website at bisbees for more information. also Liga Mac has set up for donations.
