I call this one, Morning Routine of a Six-Year-Old Future Eccentric. 7:03 Wake Up. 7:05 Wonder why no one else is up. 7:06 Remember theres no school today. 7:07 Decide to sleep in like everyone else. 7:07.5 Decide thats enough sleeping in. 7:08 Get up and tip-toe down hall to parents room. 7:09 Creepily stand motionless in doorway. 7:10 Tip-toe closer to parents bed. 7:11 Creepily stand motionless again, but this time breathe louder. 7:12 Softly begin to recite episodes of Pokemon to them, as to wake them gently and assure their good mood. 7:22 After the first two episodes are unsuccessful, give up and go back to room. 7:23 Forget to tip-toe down hall. Pretend to be lion returning to its lair. 7:24 Decide to get dressed. In the lion costume. 7:25 Go downstairs. As a lion. 7:26 Rummage through toys. Dont want to wake anyone, so looking for something to play with quietly. But not too quietly. 7:29 Find harmonica. 7:30 Play harmonica quietly. But not too quietly. 7:37 Hear footsteps upstairs and parents bedroom door close. Hooray! Theyre up! 7:38 Race up stairs and head straight to parents room. 7:39 Take note of the darkness and silence. 7:40 Get down on all fours and stealthily creep towards the bed (because you are a lion). 7:41 Let a low and ominous growl rumble from your throat as you approach your unsuspecting prey. 7:43 Slowly rise above the edge of the bed, like a hungry lioness rises above the tall grasses of the African plains, so you are almost nose-to-nose with mom. 7:44 Then, in a deep, growly voice, whisper, Good morning, mommy! 7:45 Run.
