I can remember as a mother the many sacrifices made to assure that the NEEDS of my children were met and still do! I realize that once they came into the world, life as I knew it had to change for the betterment of them. I remember paying for day cares, private schools, tutoring for this test, tutoring for SAT, ACT, whatever. Making sure homework was done. Cheerleading, track, basketball, baseball, football, field trips, boy scouts, girl scouts, ballet lessons, gymnastics, after school care, boys and girls club, teacher conferences, knowing the love of a family and what it meant to be a family, rasing a little heck here and there, whatever a mother had to do. Dinner cooked everyday and if they said they were hungry after being picked up, Mcdonalds or Burger King here I come. Just trying to make sure they had a chance at life minus all the negatives as much as I knew how. Everything I ever did and everything I will ever do, will be for you all. I love you and I thank God for each of you, Kristen Wood, Darry Boot Evans II, Dasmine Evans, Darrynton Evans and my God sent, Desman Jefferson. There is nothing that was done to shine a light on me, but to bring out the best in each of you. Just in my feelings now and wanted you all to know that I love you and think the world of you! The joys of motherhood, scarifices, love, time spent, hours worked, were all for each of you! thinkingboutmybabiesandthememorieseachonegaveme.
