I can see it now. Society determines the average personality type of its people. For instance, the average personality in Norway, is light years different from the average personality in North Korea. Society determines personalities through laws, and school & MSM indoctrination. Most people are truly psychologically dependent upon being a part of the human herd. Being willing to act in a way which threatens ostracization from the herd, is beyond the capacity of most people to even imagine. Doing so would be to take the ultimate risk. The vast majority of people want to be just like the people whom they come into contact with daily. Believe it or not, there is a tiny hidden group of unelected people, which has made American society the way it is today, for its own benefit. So it is no accident that the average American is self-absorbed, and interested in nothing but eating, buying, and entertainment. 99% of the people havent the slightest notion that they have been manipulated to be the way they are. In fact, they probably lack the ability for introspection. So, almost all Americans spend their lives distracting themselves with trivialities. But the tiny hidden group I mentioned above, is deadly serious in its machinations, and employs some of the brightest most educated people to achieve its ends. It is smugly happy that it has turned Americans as a group into ignoramuses. It suits them that the people are interested in nothing but distractions. Slowly, bit by bit, this group enacts its precisely detailed plan of destruction, and its victims are clueless. But at some point, like in every developing tyranny, the evil will become plain for all to see. In the meantime, use your days, posting inanities on Facebook. If enacted, these treaties will override the laws of the signer countries. Of course, it is sensible that these agreements be negotiated in secret, by the US corporations which will benefit from their enactment, outside of the oversight of even the United States Congress. A sovereign country that attempts to enforce its laws against an American corporation can be sued by the corporation for restraint of trade. For example, if Monsanto wants to sell GMO seeds in France or US corporations wish to sell genetically-modified foods in France, and France enforces its laws against GMOs, the Transatlantic Trade Partnership allows France to be sued in jurisdictions outside the courts of France for restraint of trade. In other words, preventing the entry into France of a prohibited product constitutes restraint of trade. This is the reason that the US has insisted that the Transatlantic and Transpacific Partnerships be totally secretive and negotiated outside the democratic process. Not even the US Congress has been permitted knowledge of the negotiations.
