I cant go and kill a non-Muslim just because he is a non- Muslim. That is absolutely forbidden in Islam: please acquire correct knowledge understand JIHAD IS NOT A HOLY WAR ALLAH DID NOT SEND HIS REVELATIONS TO MEDIA .. WANNA KNOW AND LEARN ABOUT ISLAM ? GO TO THE CORRECT SOURCES; QURAN AND HADITH One of the greatest misconceptions about Islam, not only amongst the non-Muslims but even among the Muslims, is that concerning the concept of Jihad. Non-Muslims as well as Muslims think that any war fought by any Muslim for whatever purpose, be it good or bad, is Jihad. ‘Jihad’ is an Arabic word derived from ‘Jahada’, which means to strive or to struggle. For example. if a student strives to pass in the examination he is doing jihad. In the Islamic context, ‘Jihad’ means to strive against one’s own evil inclination. It also means to strive to make the society better.I am doing Jihad right now by maintaining this page, because it is a tool that can be used for spreading Islam and the Truth. And because it is also a Media tool, it could be used for fighting for what is right and condemning what is wrong It also includes the right to fight in self-defence or to fight in the battlefield against oppression and against aggression.Any mean for spreading Islam and the Truth, or to fight for what is right and condemn what is wrong (such as fighting the bad and helping the oppressed even if they were not Muslims) are considered Jihad. Jihad is not holy war Not only non-Muslim scholars, but even some Muslim scholars mistranslate the word ‘Jihad’ as holy war. The Arabic word for ‘holy war’ is ‘harabum muqaddasah’ and this word is not to be found anywhere in the Qur’an nor in any hadith. The word ‘holy war’ was first used to describe the crusades of the Christians who killed thousands of people in the name of Christianity. Today, this term ‘holy war’ is used to falsely describe Jihad, which merely means ‘to strive’. In an Islamic context, Jihad means ‘to strive in the way of Allah for a righteous cause’. i.e. Jihad fi Sabilillah. In regards to Jihad and fighting the hostile enemy, Allah Almighty Made it crystal clear in the Noble Quran about being peaceful to ordinary and peaceful non-Muslims, and being very hostile to the hostile enemy: Fighting in the cause of GOD Almighty those who FIGHT US is what Jihad is all about. I cant go and kill a non-Muslim just because he is a non-Muslim. That is absolutely forbidden in Islam: Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress limits; for God loveth not transgressors. (The Noble Quran, 2:190) But if the enemy incline towards peace, do thou (also) incline towards peace, and trust in God: for He is One that heareth and knoweth (all things). (The Noble Quran, 8:61) What are the limits? Do not kill women or children or an aged, infirm person. Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not slaughter sheep or camels except for food. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty, and do not be cowardly. [Malik Muwatta Book 021, Hadith Number 010] So it is clear from the above hadith that muslims are not allowed to kill any innocent person during war and even not allowed to kill animals and destroy the trees.... so how can people accuse islam that it promotes killing of humans when killing of even animals and trees are forbidden
