I cant help but think back to the two summers I was a farm hand in high school and college. Id done other labor but never on a farm so I decided I would do so because I always thought Id end up with a man who grew up on a farm so Id know and understand the discipline and hard work he put in. Here I am 12 years later married to a man that was born and raised on a farm, who loves the simple things in life and not caught up in the material world, has a career in healing people, continues to strive to grow closer to God, treats me how a lady should be treated, and has an amazing father ( Kent Eddy) who taught him all these things growing up. Thomas Eddy may not be a farmer or live on a farm but its within him and will always be apart of who he is. As they say you can take the boy out of the country but you cant take the country out of the boy. I saw how growing up on a farm made my father who he is and grandfathers who were farmers/ranchers and their discipline and loyalty. Thought I would just share a few things that captured me from this man I know named Thomas Eddy. I might add, he definitely has grown and matured in so many ways since the first time I met him when he was an 18 year old freshman back in 2000.
