I continue to help Forgotten Dogs of the Fifth Ward Project babies with finding them homes in NE and NW. Well, Iva, just went yesterday to Vancouver to her forever home - this is what the new Mommy said: She is doing great! It was a long process to pick her up yesterday but we were excited to finally have her. We went for a long walk with our other dog and they seemed to do lovely on the walk. We then brought her inside and she made herself comfortable pretty fast. She was and still is a bit unsure at times but seems to be adapting well. Her first nights sleep was in the bedroom with us but in her very own bed. She stayed there and slept all through the night. I think she will be just perfect for our family. Thank you again! Thanks to Stepfanie for fostering this baby for so long.
