Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to take a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I thought I was worn-out. I am not the one who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but run. Every morning when I got up I thought all my perseverance was run out. I did this miserable morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the result wasn’t obvious. I must let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will suggest you an simple, convenient and effective means which I have used.
