I decided to take up bow hunting last month for the challenge of hunting my meat the traditional way as much as possible. Hunted a nice young 16kg nanny goat early this morning for the first time with bow. Recovered 95% of meat for the 90min carry out. Went into slow cooker at 5pm: Goat, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, home grown dry chillies, caraway seeds whole, red capsicum, garlic, sweet potato, pumpkin, pepper, Himalayan salt & Cajun spices.
