I definitely agree with what Stephane said, but I also think its important for a group like PKG to acknowledge those who are training/spreading knowledge the correct way, even if they are not part of their conglomerate. I know (some of) the individual Traceurs within the group definitely interact with the outside community, but as a company PKG needs to do the same... Even if there isnt a financial benefit. I think what he and PKG as a whole are really fighting against is the newer gen that has really lost focus on attention to detail in the fundamental techniques. I accept the fact that PK/FR will continue to evolve, but there is no reason for that to be a justifiable excuse to disregard proper tech over max output and/or rushing into more difficult skill sets when the risk hasnt been assessed. It is definitely important to challenge yourself, but it is just as important to be as proficient in your skills as possible and be humble about your training. There is no need to rush into a more difficult skill set when the risk can be minimized easily just by working out any kinks with your prerequisite skills. Mental challenges are what you should be primarily dealing with, not challenges as in physical/technical limitation. P.S: Shout out to Stephane for the awesome read, hopefully you get a chance to read this! :)
