I did some PIYO today for the first time, as a major pilates lover I decided to give it a try, I wasnt so sure about the intensity of the workout because Im use to crazy shit like insanity so I thought low impact was like mehhh. EXCUSE ME WHILE I WIPE MY SWEAT FROM 2 HOURS AGO. Wuuut the heelll PIYO seriously kicked my ass, like those little warrior stands and the one leg sit down/twist is KILLAAAA. My ass is sooooreeee and I totally feel the stretch in my harmstrings but I loved the yoga stretches poses. Plus my knees were starting to hurt because of my long ass runs, so getting my cardio/muscle workout in without jumping like a crazy person: WINNINGGGG!! Im considering doing this for my challenge that starts december 1st. Who wants to join me , ROLL OUT YO MATS MATES! ITS PIYOOOO TIMEEEE! Ps: Im the one singing in the video lollll
