I didnt wanna this morning...put off my workout due to lack of sleep at 6am... So after 2kids out the door to school and nothing else going as planned...i spend 20min motivating myself to get my PiYO done! But..... NOOOOOooooooo My lower back and hips scream so loud I had no choice but to listen!!... Out comes the yoga roll, a little alignment and some stretching and I feel like Im ready... But..... NOOOoooooope Not even 5 min in and Ive got stabbing pains in my lower back... So rinse and repeat...telling myself You got this shit! But.... DENIED!!!! Thus rest day switch from tomorrow to today and chiropractor appointment THIS afternoon!!!!
