I disagree with anyone who generally blames women for attracting bad men into their dating lives....for two reasons: 1. Beautiful women are like honey: they attract the bees AND the flies. It then becomes their job to learn to SIFT thru the various intents of the guys they encounter. I think women end up staying with a bad match too long....or either get so discouraged that they try to make a bad thing work. 2. I believe the general pool of good, available candidates has shrunken over the years, and especially for black women seeking black men, the pool is disproportionately tiny. It makes me so mad to hear my friends blame themselves for attracting all these married men. No, you just encounter them bc there are soooo many of them on the dating scene. In the end, these women didnt attract the wrong guy; they either chose poorly for themselves OR they negotiated badly within the relationship to stay way too long AFTER they saw red flags. I say environment and judgement, not so much raw attraction.
