I do NOT understand why nothing is ever done about the road through Mullet Bay…every time it rains …we get this same flooding, little cars get stuck in the water..its a danger and embarrassment to our island..workers have to walk though the water to work in the Cupecoy area..as the buses will not drive through it…tourists arriving from the airport or going to with suitcases in their cars get stuck in the water… Yesterday they had the military stopping people to pass through there…when they knew the French side was impassible by Red Pond too…people missed their flights..and the Mullet bay security guards were trying to stop anyone to pass through the golf course, when all they have to do is move some rocks and allow us to pass through a small section…instead they get everyone so irate, drivers passed across the middle of the golf and who can blame them, there was no alternative!!! Enough is enough and Its time something was DONE….its ruining our tourist economy, this is after all one of the busiest tourist sections of the island which is now just a muddy mess when will anyone wake up to this fact !!
