I do feel the emotional pain from this father. And this is a tragedy. {edit: remove: But that does not make him right. He says his son was a good kid. Not really. His kid had serious hate problems. Did the father even know he owned a gun? Take some damn responsibility for your own inaction.} I still feel this way about the shooters father, whenever (if ever) he makes a statement. Its not the politicians nor the NRA. They have the same power you do. Not until this hits your home do you get invigorated by it. Should I blame the health insurance industry for losing my father? I certainly have every right to make that claim! (Health Ins. Co.) Theyve created such a roadblock to preventative care, barricades to general health reviews. My father made his choices. Didnt own a gun. He lived a great life, he was truly a wonderful man and I miss him everyday. It would not make any difference of him being here today if there were better gun control laws. But if sugar were known as the toxin it is to humans, maybe that would help. The pure irony. If a man who worked for decades in medical heart technology dies from cardio-vascular disease, there is something wrong with our medical care system!
