I do have a pretty good possible tenant, but they cannot confirm until October 17th and in case it falls through, as it is getting close to November 1st and we found a duplex we fell in love with, wanted to get the word out. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house (pictures show old countertops and sink in kitchen, but new ones are in as pictured as well. New flooring and countertops in all three bathrooms. Main bath and kitchen have tile floors. Obviously couldn’t send pictures of every room as I have already bombarded you with too many. It does need the backsplashes grouted, pergola on back patio and walls and front porch painted and a couple spots of interior touch up paint as well as a good window cleaning and pressure washing, which will all be done by November 1st. Yard will also be completely groomed, fertilized, winterized and sprinklers blown out. MUST HAVE: Excellent references, credit check and background check to be done. 12 Months $1,400 per month 24 months $1,350 per month 36 months $1,300 per month $800 deposit.
