I do not condone spousal,child, or any type of abuse, so I am merely making an observation. Is our society a guilty until proven innocent mentality now? If you were arrested for anything wither it was a misdemeanor or felony, should you be allowed to go back to work? If the glove fits, the punishment will follow. NO need to over complicate things here. Abuse is Abuse and as a society, not an entertainment avenue, we need to change. Name calling and public scrutiny is just as bad as abuse, in fact we call it bullying. Everyone, including the abuser need help in these situations, but they should be allowed this option and not to be stoned to death publicly. I am ashamed for AP for him to have believed this is the right way to handle discipline ,but I am happy to know that in Gods eyes, he can be forgiven.
