I do support our administration, I support our school board, I - TopicsExpress

I do support our administration, I support our school board, I support our school, our children, families, and I support having a productive discussion about differences. We work in a profession that will always have change, that will always seek to do things better than before, and therefore, those people who are put in the position to make choices are always going to have to make hard choices. Choices that do not please everyone, choices that require one idea to be used over another. However, I have always felt that if I had a concern about an issue, my voice was heard. I also realize that I do not carry the burden of making these difficult choices. I do not mind being seen as a blue shirt wearing supporter, my voice gets heard by my team members, at cluster meetings , during TLT, by my principal, assistant principles, board members, and Dr. McIntyre Perhaps the problem of being heard lies more in how things are being said and less in what is being said?? Or.....to quote my favorite Disney character......The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Savy???...Capt. Jack Sparrow (Amazing how Disney has a life lesson for everything)
