I dont believe in bullshitting and talking so much just to make a sale…Clients are smarter, thats the reason they are capable of acquiring a real property (condo/house & lot) because they are experienced and smart enough to make money. Clients knows what exactly they wants. Dont think u can outsmart clients by talking too much! it can only, actually irritates them! My secret of closing the deal without having a hard time is to stay truthful all the time...Have a fruitful thursday everyone!!! :)
