I dont claim to be a devout Christian nor was I raised up in church and I have been known to lose my temper & curse you out in a hot second if needed but Im learning and trying to understand as I go...I see a lot of people on here praising either themselves or others...maybe that one family member who constantly messes up in life. There are times when my mouth wants to open and just say AWWWW BULL Lol! But as I said Im learning....and I read this, this morning and this verse says it all. Matthew 6.5: And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly I say to you, they have received their reward. And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think they will be heard for their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.......
