I dont even know what to think about the package I picked up from the post office today. It had been refused from a prison and returned to me. The return address on the package was mine. Well, kinda mine, the NUT spelled School Rd. incorrectly, not to mention as all of you from Ocracoke know my physical address is not the one I use. I DO NOT appreciate anyone using my return address, the flip side is I kept everything in the box. So if you want to use my return address, next time put in pound cake, please! Or money! The funny thing is for you big city folks is that Melissa, our postmistress recognized that it wasnt my writing and more impressive guessed correctly who did send it. It is a visitor to Ocracoke that has sent a couple of packages to people on the island.
