I dont have TV and I dont waste time worrying about what the media thinks. Heres what I think, Democrats ,Republicans they are all alike. It seems they are just labels for people that like to bunch together in order to blame the other guys instead of getting off our duffs and doing something. Ebola is being mishandled just like AIDS was. We allowed ourselves to blame that one on Gays, though it was clearly inappropriate. We grossly under-reacted until it was in the blood supply and its here to stay as an STD. Can Ebola do the same? The right questions are not being asked. A 50% immediate death rate is that more or less fatal than AIDS? We/They blamed AIDS being ignored on the Republicans; Does Ebola get blamed on the Democrats? Guess what its all us. The mass murder shootings and stabbings is about mental illness but someone made it into a red herring discussion over gun control instead of what is wrong with the way we are dealing with mental illness. So that is not being dealt with appropriately either. We are not very smart. Over a hundred thousand people die every year from Medical negligence (from absolute carelessness and incompetence!) And that isnt even in discussion. But lets keep the blame thing going its working so well.
