I dont have enough toes and fingers to count how many times Ive screwed up in my life. Made really crappy decisions, invested in the wrong thing, hurt people to their inner core and in reality, thought of only myself but when I look back, theres not a damn thing I can do about it but ask for forgiveness and do my best to move on. After gosh knows how many years, you also realize that everyone you care for and love has done the same damn thing. You learn when your 11 years old that you have 2 brothers and a sister and that your actually an uncle. At 51 you learn that you have a sister somewhere on the East Coast. At 26 you find out that your kid brother is different from societys norm and in reality if your Grandfather hadnt gone against societal norms somewhere around 1960, you wouldnt even exist. Lets face it, familys sometimes can be pretty screwed up. But you know what happens, those family members that maybe you had a beef with over what the hell knows what arent around anymore. You never get the opportunity to look into your Grandparents eyes and say thank you for taking me to Salt Lake City to see my cousins and my Aunt and Uncle when I was 10, or tell your parents or in-laws thanks for watching the kids while I was able to spend time with the love of my life, tell your kid brother that he was the most special person to ever live, telling all your nieces and nephews whether your 11 or 53 how proud you are of them, telling your cousins and brothers in-law that what you do is awesome and I admire you for it, your Aunt and Uncle for being replacement parents, your sister-in-law and thanks for believing in me and your brothers and sister for freakin everything. Family can be a huge and monster burden on anyone but you know what, when those that brought you the smallest of positive memories are gone....Please end this bitterness that Ive experienced recently on Facebook for most of you realize that what I want to do with this social media thing is tell the story of the Browns march to...a winning record and that Rush is the greatest band to ever live. As Ozzy said on a live album gosh knows how long ago. I Love You All!
