I dont know if this will work for everyone but I reduced my caloric intake in half to 2,000 calories a day. I made sure I ate breakfast which was cereal and 2% milk, multivitamin, cut out sugar, increased water intake, spaced my meals out to every three hours and my main meal was crunchy peanut and light jelly on wheat bread. I probably had four to six sandwiches a day. Lol. This includes walking and working out. Dont erase carbs but keep them to a minimum. I didnt weigh myself for four weeks and bam! I was really in shock. I had to ask someone to weigh themselves to make sure the scale wasnt broken. Lol.
