I dont know what I was thinking over the past few years. I guess with 4 boys, two comp baseball teams, Basketball, Golf, Running my own business, 14 employees, 108 students, monthly expenses that average over 30K, Parenting classes and everyday insanity I lost myself. I decided to take care of EVERYONE before me. I knew I was unhappy with my weight and my health but I spent more time mad about it than taking action and making it priority. That is no longer how things work in my life. I get to take care of me first and let me tell you my friends, It is FREAKING awesome that way. Take a stand for yourself. Get healthy and the rest of your life will just fall into place.
