I dont understand why people dont understand the improvements the Affordable Care Act Provides: 1. Pre-Existing Conditions cant be denied, 2. No Cap on coverage. 3. Preventative Screenings being covered. 4. Children being covered until 26. 5. The elimination of low cost Non Insurance Insurance Plans that dupe the poor and seniors into thinking they have coverage. 6 The fact that you actually have better chance of Keeping Your Doctor than you did before, since doctors cant refuse coverage any longer. 7. Employer Coverage Options changed slightly but the employed still have the advantage. 8. Government Subsidies for the poor and seniors to get coverage. 9. The fact that the large number of uninsured by capable young people will now begin contributing to the system will keep cost down and reduce the amount of Government Subsidized Indigent Care programs because of the un-insured showing up at emergency rooms, there will be no-uninsured without a penalty which does make it fairer for everyone. 10. Catastrophic Care Policies will be a thing of the past, you will be better covered because you are not depending on the Insurance Provider to determine your care, Medical Treatment Options are put back into the hands of the doctor.
