I dont understand why the government of the oil rich African countries dont ensure profits from oil help to build schools, business schools for graduates and give loans to people wanting to open business. The governments should ensure each child gets a free meal each day at school. They should subsidize housing for the poor. And protect the environment, they will need it for future generations. Dont they care about their people and country? Sigh!
