I dont usually partake in these things, but I commented on Tony Patotos post and have been tasked with writing 15 things that you may not know about me. If you comment on this thread be assured I will also give you a number :) 1. I started my musical life as a drummer until I heard Queen Live Killers then I wanted to be Brian May. 2. I started playing golf in 2001 and was sponsored by Callaway Golf for a few years...I got quite good but Id be happy to play bogey golf now. I wish I could play more. 3. I started my working life as an electrician. 4. I lived in Belgium for a year. 5. I once had a perm! I looked like a Ginger Kevin Keegan. 6. For several years I performed under the name Stuart David (David is my middle name) 7. Three things have stopped me in my tracks and made me change direction. The first time I heard Queen Live Killers, the first time I heard The Bends by Radiohead, and when I heard Rob Bells New Exodus teaching. 8. One of my greatest friends is a Jewish Rabbi from Minnesota. 9. With Delirious I played music in 45 different countries...since 2009 that number has increased to 49. 10. My favorite Harry Potter books are The Prisoner of Azkaban and The Half Blood Prince. 11. My favorite U2 album is Zooropa. 12. Im writing a book, paused while I released Of Burdens Birds And Stars but cant wait to get it finished. 13. I saw Pink Floyd perform The Wall at Earls Court in 1980. 14. I love Lent...its my favorite season...a time to pause, breathe and re-focus. 15. If I was asked to play a reunion show with Delirious? I would probably say yes.
