I dont usually post these, because they break my heart. But Chantelle Quigley is hoping someone in RI can step up and take care of this angel: He was found on our door step begging for food, starving, soaking wet, shaking, and a little thin. No collar, no tags, nothing like that. Pit boxer mix, probably a couple years old. About 70 pounds. Doesnt bark, bite, growl, whimper, or whine. Is not currently neutered, but due to RI State Law, he will have to be before adoption can happen (I dont know if it is the same for fostering or sponsoring him). Totally a big ham! Just wants to be petted, have an open window to rest his paws on and be loved. He is being currently housed at the Pawtucket RI Animal Shelter. Their number is (401)722-4243. We were calling him Buddy, but I dont know what the shelter is calling him.
