I dont wanna be giving people a check list & telling them to eat like me or exercise like me - WERE ALL INDIVIDUALS & the most important information, the knowledge you can hold, is about YOUR OWN BODY. And when you understand how your own body works on a cellular level, the smallest part of yourself, your relationship with your body becomes completely different & your relationship with everything in the world becomes different, because now you have this information about what is happening at all times in your body & I dont think that thats something weve been given at all in our lifetime. We are told, Dont eat this, dont eat that, eat this, workout, do these things. But why? Why do we have to workout? Why do we have to bring activity into our life? Why shouldnt we eat something? Why should we eat more of another thing? -- All these things... its not just because it makes you fat. Its not because itll help you get skinny. Its because that actually has a function within your body & so, thats what the science is. The science is THE FUNCTION OF YOUR BODY, its on the most basic level & youll understand yourself on a cellular level, which I think is the most important information. ~Cameron Diaz
