I dread going online everyday because my Internet Service (Server) has been so... sporadic the last several weeks. So, if Im not here, everything CRASHED! Also, need technical assistance. Apparently, my new Samsung Blu-Ray Player plays everything EXCEPT Blu-Ray discs!! I mean, the damn previews play and the menu appears. But when I Press to PLAY MOVIE or Special Features, no go Charlie; just a message: can not operate due to disc restrictions. WTF?? When I try to Press manually (not remote), its like Im locked out. DVD and music CDs play perfectly. Im no worse off than before. I know its just freaking electronics and not the end of the world, but Im frustrated and Ive taken all the _______ I can from 2013. 2013 Please END SOON. Thank You.
