I drummed all tracks on this LP, took us over a year to record, started about May 1969 and in mid 70 we toured the Pacific inc New Caledonia and New Hebrides where Peter was like Elvis. 10 years exactly older than me, I learned heaps about studio technique from the likes of Kevin Haines on bass, Bob Wynyrd on guitar, Len Whittle on organ. Recorded at Lew Smiths studio in Henderson on 2 track and bounced, PP insisted we record about 35 band tracks before deciding on the final songs. A perfectionist, some Sundays wed do 2 or 3 songs then back to his place for meat sandwiches and vino. Great days!! I must get a copy, Grant Gillanders said itd never be released, glad it has been! smile emoticon
