I encourage you, Blanchester, not to believe every quote you read. Our Dean Lynch sure likes to sound good in the paper, but I assure you its not always the truth. Please know that the only reason Putman children have Art is because the teachers and Mike Snider, who care for your children, fought hard to put something in place for them. Dean took the art program from Putman with no intention to replace. The kids now get 6-7 classes of Art per year! And the only reason they are getting that is because your teachers and principal worked long and hard with the schedule to make sure to do what is best for kids! (Keep in mind...still no Art teacher on staff). So lets give credit where credit is due. Stay informed, ask questions, and dont believe everything you hear. We are a great district with a huge majority that still focuses on kids and team.
