I feel all Leaders should start out as their leaders Armor Bearer/Adjutant or another Ministers Armor Bearer. Ask me WHY? Because this teaches humility, following specific directions in a timely fashion, proper order, respect, intercession & good memory skills, confidentiality and submissiveness. Many leaders today dont have a clue how to treat their Armor Bearers and what to expect of them, and as a result, the poor Armor Bearer ends up feeling belittled in front of others, harshly spoken to, they become a "go for" running all over the place, and just a bundle of frightened nerves. Your AB is not your "buddy" but they certainly should not be your "slave".
