I feel like so many girls love to hate each other and fight and argue and say mean things about other girls, and I dont know why. Maybe its because of a boy, or another girl, or maybe they dont like another girls style or how they put themselves out there - labeling them as sluts, weird, two-faced, easy, etc. But it needs to stop. One example is when a guy cheats on a girl, then the girl gets mad at the other girl, beats her up, and gets back with the guy. Girls should team up in situations like that, but unfortunately they dont. Women and girls need to be there for each other, girl power is about empowerment and teamwork; not competition. I love seeing girls stick together and be nice to each other, its what we need to do. If youre a girl and youre reading this, please dont call girls sluts, dont lose your best friend over any guy, dont just sit there when you see another girl upset over something, and just be nice to each other. I dont understand why women treat each other the way we do; were stereotyped as the petty, jealous, mean-spirited gender and its embarrassing and shameful. It needs to finally stop. Its cruel. And most people just shake it off with the old girls will be girls. As women, we need to be trying to cooperate with each other, not tear each other down. It only perpetuates an endless damaging cycle, in my humble opinion.
