I feel some type of way about my sons school taking on a Harry Potter theme to teach school culture. Even though the use of it is more about promoting good character than the demonic book turned movie, my son will now be curious to watch it. This is how it starts. Who more influential than a teacher to embed that seed into an impressionable 9 year old? Thats why EVERYDAY I ask what theyve learned, what the teacher talked about, and what went on in class. Watch for mental infractions!!!! Tricks, games, and even lessons designed to make certain children feel like they can only be cashiers and cooks. If thats what they want to be, great! But make sure no one is limiting your learners thinking by minimizing their potential!!!!! Tell your babies what they can be. Help them channel their strongest suits into ideas ...and ideas into income. They need to hear it from YOU. Then support them in achieving it.
