I feel very pained when you start viewing news is (Indian) full of rape incidents. What is happening to our society. Why talk of 22-30 age group crowd now even 72+ age bracket is active. We have to bow our head with shame. No place in India is safe for innocent girls. My strong opinion is that those people who indulge in such heinous crimes must be snipped off with their male organ, once the crime is established. Such stray dogs cannot be left to roam around. We live in a civilized society.
