I find it extremely frustrating that its so unbelievably hard to find a job in this town. Ive been putting out applications for nearly a week & have had no luck whatsoever. Everything available is part-time. Do any businesses accommodate for the single, working mother anymore?? I understand that this town is made up of mostly college kids who only need part-time/evenings...but HELLOOOO there are still some of us who actually need 40 hours in order to survive. Im sorry that I dont have open availability because daycares arent open 24/7/365. Its sad when I cant even get a job at Walmart because they refuse to work with my availability.
