Salik Rogers "first I washed and chopped up the kale...Added extra-virgin olive oil to the pan and sautéed the Jalapeño peppers...Then added the kale put lid on cooked until tender...Next cover mussels with white cooking wine sprinkled McCormicks roasted garlic seasoning overtop...When wine starts to boil put lid on and cook for 8 minutes...Pan sear shrimps...Rub down flounder with extra virgin olive oil on both sides and season...Cook 6 to 8 minutes on high...Plate and serve...I hope this was very helpful everyone enjoy "
