I find that in this life there is too much hate, anger, malice and just overall negativity. I know many, if not all will agree with me in one form or another. I also see many of you doing challeneges for good causes and thats all well and fine. But if youre not donating, youre only raising awareness and most dont even understand why they are doing it to begin with. If you really want to effect a change, go out and be proactive. Try starting with random selfless acts of kindness. Pay for someones meal, hold a door open for someone, pay for someones new car tires cause you see they need them. If you see someone in need and you have it in your means to help them, regardless of price, I promise you what you get back will be immeasurable. Knowing you helped make someones day and asking nothing in return (but to pay it forward one day), it is its own reward. So spread some kindness today and effect a change around you. I promise it will spread
