I found out today on fb that my 1st cousin was getting an insulin pump installed today and I didnt even know she had diabetes...I dont know whats worse me not knowing or finding out on fb. what has become of us I am talking about cousins I was raised with not the ones that lived in another state that you maybe saw once a year. we all went camping together, swam in the pool had countless birthdays, Christmas and thanksgivings together. we had sleep overs, told ghost stories, made prank phone calls ,stole salem cigs from my aunts pack stayed up all night calling time and temp made radio request. played tag and hiding go seek ate hot cakes at grandmas on sunday am. Dana I hope you are ok. I am so sorry that I didnt know you even had diabetes. Dianna and I had a great lunch today and we were talking. How about we have a family reunion? a day set aside from every day hustle and bustle and make a meal and take time to visit. you know all of our children dont know each other like we did growing up and I think thats a shame. we were thinking maybe in Oct. the weather will be cooler. Dianna suggested fish fry and I think its a great idea. all of you Oct babies need to let us know if you already have plans. maybe Oct 18th or 25th. Lets make this happen!!
