I found this included in the Proposed Code Amendments, attached to every category in the domestic zoning: It is found and declared that outside storage on properties within unincorporated Cobb County is a health risk and undesirable in that it provides harborage for rodents and insects, lowers property values, and constitutes a public nuisance; therefore, no outside storage is permitted, excluding firewood and lawn furnishings, unless otherwise allowed in this article. This smells like an attempt by the county to legally run out those that they see as undesirables. Is not public nuisance and health risks already covered by the Code in more sensible manners? The inclusion of lowers property values bothers me tremendously. What are your thoughts?
